The flavor is was good but the batter was so so runny. I added a lot more flour. I followed the metric recipe & it was fine until I added the apple cider.

These can be made vegan and are phenomenal! Substitute the egg for a flax egg (1 T flax mixed with 2 T water left to sit for 5 minutes), swapped milk for soy milk and the butter was replaced 1:1 with coconut oil. I have 3 picky little kids and I was lucky to snatch 2 of these before they were gone! Thank you!

Absolutely fallish muffins! Crackling leaves, apple cider mills. Excellent recipe. I only added a dash of cloves.
