In reply to Kath. There is a lot of raising steps with this bread Kath. It's perfect for when you're going to be home all morning or afternoon. I believe that you could use an angel food pan too. Thanks again for bringing the lack of instructions to my attention. I must have been sleeping on the job LOL!
