How is step number 4 remove from oven but it never tells you when to put in oven? Also, step 3, add to hash town mixture? What hashbrown mixture?

I wait for corned beef to go on sale and purchase at least 2 sometimes 3 to have it more than once a year. I love it that much! And I know I’d love this casserole.
