This definitely looks like something I want to try! I love a Manhattan, but the rum and vermouth will make my drink of choice a bit more versatile. One thing though, your article mentions bitters being important, but they aren’t included in the actual recipe. I was just wondering what bitters do you use? I know you mentioned Angostura, but what flavor? Thank you!
