So glad to have found your recipe in a quick google search. I also added a tablespoon of parsley, a couple tsp of marjoram, diced up a ham, threw some frozen peas in and sliced about 6-7 mushrooms. I used two cups of the bean mix and 7 cups of water, enough to cover all the ingredients and put it into my instapot set on high for 40 mins. Will let you know how it turns out.]]></description>
