I have been making this type of recipe for a few years not knowing some else had been doing so to. I start with the turkey on the bottom, then I use turkey gravy over the meat, about a 1/2 jar (18 oz.). Then I layer 2 (12 oz.) bags of frozen mixed vegetable (already microwaved) on top of the turkey. Pour the last of the gravy over the vegetables. Sprinkle 4 - 8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables. The stuffing (I make a 12 oz. bag of stuffing mix) goes on top. Cover with nonstick aluminum foil and heat for an hour at 350. I get 2 meals out of this for 2 people. Serve with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

Hi Julie -- Hope you had a great holiday. I fixed the leftover turkey and dressing casserole, though it was with Swanson canned chicken breast chunks and Stovetop Stuffing mix -- delicious. I divided the ingredients into two 8-inch pans -- put the soup sauce on one, turkey gravy on the other. Hands down, the gravy was the winner -- so much more flavor. My grandson almost licked the pan!!
