In reply to Jeanne. Hi Jeanne! I would definitely spray the bottom of your pan. As long as you use this recipe it shouldn't be runny. Just allow plenty of time for it to set up. I'm not sure what recipe you're looking at but I can only think that they're using too much liquid (booze). Let me know how it goes! Thanks for stopping by! Jule

I am making mine in a sheet cake pan for a large crowd. Should I spray the pan before I put the pretzel crust in? Also, I read in a similar recipe that hers was to runny. What would be the cause of this and how to avoid it.
