In reply to Kelly Titchner. Great question, Kelly! Yes I baked this one right on the baking sheet. You could definitely bake it in a Dutch oven for part of the bake if you wanted a crispy crust but it's up to you. Stop back and let me know how it went.

Hi. I love olives and can’t wait to try this. My dough is on its 1st rise. My question is, you bake it on the baking sheet not in a Dutch oven or any other type of bread pan?

This was easy to make and full of flavor. I made a tapenade and added it to butter to make an olive compound butter to spread over it. So much flavor.
