There are a great way to use sweet potatoes. Too many people think of the ones in the can when you mention sweet potato or yams.

I just had a discussion the other week pre and against marshmallows when it comes to sweet potatoes! I had never heard of it until then but looking at yours here, it does seem to make so much sense!
We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving but I wills ave this recipe for Christmas! 🙂
