Matza is NOT “naturally gluten free”. As a person who is severely allergic/Celiac, reading “ Gluten-Free and Kosher. Matza is naturally gluten-free making them safe for gluten-sensitive people.” I was horrified. For the sake of all folks who are suffering from celiac disease, I respectfully request you remove that claim from this page.

BTW: Though its not readily available to most American grocery shoppers, you can buy gluten-free Matzo. If you use gluten free Matzo meal, the recipe can be gluten free.
