I love how light and fluffy this is with the bright flavors! And I really like the idea of freezing the pie for a summertime version!

Such a fresh and delicious pie! I adore no bake pies and this one was just right, not overly sweet, with all of the great raspberry daiquiri flavors! Definitely a keeper!

This was my mom’s favorite drink while she was still alive, what a coincidence today would have been her 102 birthday to run across a recipe she would flip over, Boy do I miss those days, I am checking ingredients to see if I have everything to make it in her memory, thank you so much for this. brings tears to my eyes

In reply to Mimi. That would be good Mimi. I actually doubled the amount of whipped cream than what the recipe called for. It would have been even sweeter! I liked the pie because of the crust contrast over the pudding cups too.
