In reply to Gale. Gale, We use whole unsalted, unblanched almonds and ground them in this recipe. We do not recommend using almond flour. Hope you enjoy this Raspberry Linzer Torte as much as we do.

Was wondering if the two cups of ground almonds need to come from whole blanched or unblanched nuts? Or maybe even the Bob’s Red Mill almond flours that come either way?

I went out of my comfort zone and made this for Christmas and it was a hit! It looks daunting to make but it’s so easy and SO WORTH IT!
