In reply to indusinternationalkitchen. Thank you! I really enjoyed this salad. It would be good without grilling the lettuce, but I really enjoyed the smokiness of the grill and the contrast the charred lettuce had.

In reply to Angie. I agree Angie! I was thinking bacon would be great too but held back this one time. That rarely happens but I was a bit fluffy from vacation. :)
