Great question! Yes I do. Use a rectangular pan like a 9×13. The extra surface will allow it to bake just like the pie. Can’t wait to hear how your guests like it!

It is a wonderfully delicious apple dessert! I’ve made two for us, and one for my neighbors. Next time I will try adding a few pecans and soaked raisins. Thanks so much for the great recipe. Since I have Celiac Disease, I had no problem converting to a GF flour. Some people like me might want to know.
