6 - 8 tortilla shells (flour, corn, or your choice)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F
Cover two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Spray both sides of each tortilla with butter or canola cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on both sides of each tortilla. Cut a few tortillas at a time into 8ths.
