Ingredients

Halloumi cheese

tomatoes
diced
Sweet Basil
sliced thinly (chiffonade)
olive oil
Italian seasoning

TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Crackers
Instructions
Preheat grill on high.
Slice halloumi cheese into 1-inch slices. Drizzle all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Place on a hot grill. Allow to cook for approximately 3 minutes, without moving, on each side.
Remove and cut to size. Place on a TRISCUIT cracker. Add toppings and serve immediately.
