Ingredients
1cupcooked chicken diced into small pieces - I grilled mine you could use leftovers or even a rotisserie chicken from the store
1/4cupHiland Light sour cream
1tbspshredded or grated parmesan cheese
1tspdried Italian spice blend
1tbspthinly diced celery
1tbspsliced spinach leaves3-4 leaves
2tbspdiced tomatoes I seeded mine
4whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
Stir all of the ingredients together.
Spread 1/4 cup of mixture on each tortilla. Roll tightly. Serve as wraps or slice into pinwheels.

Ingredients should all be cut into small pieces. Larger pieces tend to fall out of the wrap while eating.
