Burger – 1 lb lamb ground – 1/2 tsp oregano dried – 1 tsp rosemary fresh – 1/2 cup red onion diced – 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Lemon Herb Sauce – 1/2 cup greek yogurt plain – 2 tsp lemon juice fresh – 1/2 tsp rosemary fresh – 1/4 tsp oregano dried – 1 clove garlic finely minced – 1/4 tsp salt – Tomato lettuce, additional onion if desired
– Combine Lemon Herb Sauce ingredients together and refrigerate until serving.
Combine all burger ingredients and divide into 4 patties.
