– 3 cups hashbrowns (we use shredded) – 1 can cream of chicken soup – 1 cup sour cream (lite version works fine) – 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated and divided) – 3 tbsp butter
– Prepare the crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or using a liner.
– In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese until well combined. –
