Dorothy’s Easy Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

Shrimp Stir Fry recipe is loaded with plump shrimp and crunchy vegetables in a Shrimp Stir Fry Sauce that’s deliciously sweet and spicy.

INGREDIENTS

– Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing & Condiment – Low sodium soy sauce – Ground ginger – Garlic powder – Cayenne – Broccolini – Red pepper – Mushrooms – Carrots

STEP 1

Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.

STEP 2

Layer the bottom of a heavy pan or wok with cooking oil. When hot, add shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan.

STEP 3

Add additional oil if needed and add stir fry vegetables. Cook until they become bright in color and just start to soften.

STEP 4

Add the shrimp back to the pan with the vegetables and pour the stir fry sauce over the ingredients. Stir to combine. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
