INGREDIENTS

– 3/4 cup whole wheat flour – 3/4 cup all-purpose flour I used unbleached – 1 1/4 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 1/4 tsp salt I used kosher – 1 cup bananas mashed – 1 tsp vanilla – 2 egg whites – 1/2 cup sugar – 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

– Preheat oven to 350°F. And spray either 1 loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans with the non-stick method of your choice.

– In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, applesauce, sugar, vanilla, egg whites, and cinnamon.
