Mango Sorbet

A rich and creamy Mango Sorbet recipe that is refreshing, delicious and healthy. It makes a perfect popsicle too!

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos peeled and pit removed
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1/4 cup sugar optional depending on sweetness of mangos
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Line a freezable dish with plastic wrap. I used a loaf pan.
  • Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into freezer container and freeze.
  • Remove from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.
