A rich and creamy Mango Sorbet recipe that is refreshing, delicious and healthy. It makes a perfect popsicle too!

- 2 mangos peeled and pit removed
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1/4 cup sugar optional depending on sweetness of mangos
- Pinch of salt
Line a freezable dish with plastic wrap. I used a loaf pan.
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into freezer container and freeze.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.
