Chopped Thai Salad Recipe with Spicy Thai Dressing

½cuppeanutsspicy or regular roasted, coarsely chopped
Spicy Thai Dressing
½cuppeanut oil
⅓cuprice wine vinegar
2tbspchili-garlic sauce
1tbspsesame oil
1tbspfresh basilminced
1tbspfresh mintminced
1tbspfresh cilantrominced
1limejuiced
2tsphoney
1tspsesame seeds
1tspfresh gingergrated
1tspgarlicminced
½tspground coriander
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the salad ingredients together.
In a jar or salad shaker, add the ingredients for the salad dressing. Cover with a lid and shake well to combine. Pour the desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Note: This salad dressing can be prepared up to 2 hours prior to serving.If you prefer this salad to be more like a slaw, toss together all of the ingredients except for the peanuts. Add the desired amount of dressing and stir to coat.Marinate the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Add the peanuts prior to serving.
