not quick cook

diced mission figs

diced unsweetened dried apple rings

diced unsweetened dried peach slices
1/4

dried tart cherries
sliced if large

raw sunflower seeds
1/4

pepitas
1/2
cup
chopped walnuts

ground flax seed

teaspoon
apple pie spice

packed brown sugar

coconut oil
1/4
cup
honey

Vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine coconut oil and honey in small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour warm liquid over the dried fruit mixture and stir well.
Spread granola on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
Transfer sheet to a rack and let granola cool completely. (If it is not cooled completely it will not clump - DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!!)
Store in airtight container. May be frozen.
