cored and diced into large pieces

Instructions
Spray the inside of a crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
Add all ingredients and stir together. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours or until oats are tender.
Remove lid and stir well before serving.
Serve hot with desired toppings like nuts, raisins, extra milk, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
