In a large bowl add the remainder of the ingredients. Mix until combined.
With a ½ cup measuring spoon form patties and cook them for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can double or triple this recipe. Use a scoop to make equal-sized patties.Place patties the the skillet after the oil is hot so they don't absorb the oil. Keep oil on medium heat so they don't burn.
