1/2cupdiced red pepper
1/2cupthinly sliced celery
14.5ozcan of diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1/4cupfresh parsley chopped
Cook the wild rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet, add olive oil. Cook ground chicken, onion, red pepper, and celery together until chicken is cooked through. Add tomatoes, oregano, turmeric, cooked rice, salt, and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve
