Ingredients
1pizza doughhomemade or store-bought
Italian herb seasoning
1cupparmesan cheesegrated
Olive Oil
14oz pizza or marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil 2 baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
Sprinkle flour on a working surface. Unroll pizza dough and spread and roll it flat.
Drizzle the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Cut the dough into 1/2" strips. Tie the strips into a loose knot and tuck ends. Put knots on the baking sheet and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
Bake for approximately 9 minutes or until the knots are lightly browned, rotating sheet halfway through baking.
Remove from the pan immediately.
Heat pizza or marinara sauce and serve with knots.
