Easy Meatloaf Recipe

An easy Meatloaf recipe that makes two loaves. Eat one and put the other one in the freezer for a busy day.

Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs ground beef 86% lean
  • 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Glaze

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray the surface of a broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Divide in half and form two loaves.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Brush the top of the loaves with glaze. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
