Easy Meatloaf Recipe

This delicious easy meatloaf recipe is moist and tender, packed with flavor, and, topped with a sweet tangy glaze that everyone will love. Yields two loaves!

Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs ground beef 86% lean
  • ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Glaze

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray the surface of a broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Divide in half and form two loaves.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Brush the top of the loaves with glaze. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
