Creole Spice Blend
Creole Spice Blend is an aromatic blend of herbs and spices that can be used as a dry rub, marinade, or in soups and stews. It adds a flavorful kick to any recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 5 tbsp paprika I used smoked. Any will work
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp salt Kosher
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried basil
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together. Store cool area in air-tight containers

Recipe adapted from Allrecipes Creole Seasoning. For more spice increase the cayenne or supplement it with your favorite ground chile pepper such as ancho.
