Ingredients

Mom's Best Cereals Honey Nut Toasty O's®

dried tart cherries
3/4
cup
chopped walnuts
1/2
cup
pepitas
1/2
cup
honey
1/4
cup
almond butter
1/4
cup
hemp hearts
2
oz
dark chocolate bar chopped into chunks
Instructions
Line 11x7 baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Cut large enough so you can fold it over the edges.
Combine honey and almond butter. Heat in the microwave until melted together. Stir to combine. Set aside to cool slightly. Stir in hemp hearts.
In a large bowl combine cereal, walnuts, pepitas, and cherries.
Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture. Stir until combined. Add chocolate pieces and stir to combine.
Pour into prepared pan and press until evenly distributed.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove snack mix by evenly lifting up the parchment paper. Using a sharp knife cut into bars.
Store covered in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
If you spray your measuring cup before adding honey, the honey will pour out easily. *Hemp hearts are a good source of protein and Omega 3 and 6.
