Ingredients
10 cupsfresh fruit cut into bite-sized pieces
Dressing
1½ozdark rum
1½ozlight rum
¼cuporange juiceFresh Squeezed
⅛cuplime juiceFresh Squeezed
¼cuphoney
Maraschino Cherries
Instructions
In a small sized bowl mix rum, orange juice, lime juice, and honey.
Pour liquid over fruit.
Cover and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Stir and garnish with Maraschino cherries before serving.
Notes
Salad should be dressed and chilled 30 minutes prior to serving.The liquid can be drained from the fruit after marinating if desired. The longer it marinates the stronger the rum flavor.Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. We don't recommend freezing it.
