Sliced in bite sizes

Cucumber
Peeled if desired and diced

Green onion
green and white parts thinly sliced

Fresh sweet basil leaves
sliced thinly

diced or purchased as pearls
Salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic Vinaigrette

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Combine all of the salad ingredients.
Combine the balsamic vinaigrette in a separate container and whisk or shake to combine.
Pour vinaigrette over salad ingredients prior to serving.
Store unused portion in the refrigerator.
Notes
Tomato Mozzarella salad is best eaten fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
