Healthy Whole Grain Chicken Wraps and Pinwheels

A  busy schedule doesn't mean you can't make meal planning nutritious and  delicious! Healthy Whole Grain Chicken Wraps and Pinwheels are fun and  easy too!

INGREDIENTS

– cooked chicken – Hiland Light sour cream – shredded or grated parmesan cheese – dried Italian spice blend – thinly diced celery

STEP 1

Stir all of the ingredients together.

Spread 1/4 cup of mixture on each tortilla. Roll tightly.

STEP 2

Serve as wraps or slice into pinwheels.

STEP 3

Ingredients should all be cut into small pieces. Larger pieces tend to fall out of the wrap while eating.

NOTES

Whole wheat chicken wraps are perfect to pack for school lunch, in between events, or as an afternoon snack.
