Easy Fudgy Cream Cheese Brownies

Our Cream Cheese Brownie recipe makes rich fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with a velvety layer of cream cheese.

INGREDIENTS

– Salted butter – White granulated sugar – Brown sugar light or dark – Eggs – All-purpose flour

STEP 1

Melt the butter and add the white sugar and brown sugar. While the sugar and butter mixture is cooling off, combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 2

Whisk the eggs, one at a time into the cooled butter and sugar mixture.

STEP 3

Once all the eggs have been added, pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until all of the flour mixture is incorporated.

STEP 4

Set aside the reserved brownie batter. Pour ¾ of the mixture into the prepared pan. Set aside.

STEP 5

Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the cream cheese filling.
