Easy Healthy Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Easy  Cilantro Lime Shrimp makes a great healthy appetizer or meal. It’s quick  and easy to make and delicious to eat!

INGREDIENTS

– cilantro chopped – lime juice – salt – pepper ground – olive oil extra virgin

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400F° and place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.  Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium-sized bowl, drizzle raw shrimp with olive oil until they are lightly coated.

STEP 2

Add cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until coated. Lay shrimp on the prepared rack.

STEP 3

Bake undisturbed for 8 to 10 minutes. Don't overcook. Allow shrimp to cool slightly.

STEP 4

Place on a serving tray or bowl. Coat with lime juice and fresh cilantro.  Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
