Strawberry Rhubarb Bread

This Rhubarb Bread recipe could easily pass for rhubarb cake. It’s delicious any time of day from breakfast to dinner.

INGREDIENTS

– All-purpose flour – Whole wheat flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Sugar

STEP 1

Preheat your oven and spray your loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP 2

Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

STEP 3

In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients together.

Slowly pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Using a spatula, gently fold the ingredients together until just combined.

Fold in the rhubarb and then the strawberries. Fold them in separately because the strawberries are more delicate.
