Baked Blackened Shrimp Recipe

Baked Blackened Shrimp recipe makes a quick dinner or the perfect finger-food appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

– raw shrimp  – blackened seasoning, ground – salt – pepper, ground – olive oil extra virgin – parsley

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400F° and place a cooling rack on a baking sheet. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP 2

In a medium-sized bowl, drizzle raw shrimp with olive oil until they are lightly coated. Add blackened seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix until coated.

STEP 3

Lay shrimp on the prepared rack. Bake undisturbed for 8 to 10 minutes. Don’t overcook.

STEP 4

Garnish with the fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
