Cappuccino Cheesecake Chocolate-Swirl Bars

These Cappuccino Cheesecake Bars are perfect for a special occasion dessert but simple enough to enjoy with an afternoon cup of coffee.

INGREDIENTS

– Chocolate cookie crumbs – Unsalted butter melted – White granulated sugar – Instant coffee granules – Cream cheese – Chocolate covered coffee beans

STEP 1

Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and instant coffee together. It will resemble wet sand.

STEP 2

Press the crust into the prepared pan and bake. Let it cool on a wire rack.

STEP 3

Add the cream cheese and sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

Mix at high speed until smooth and creamy.

Add a small portion of the cream to the cream cheese mixture and then spread about three cups of that mixture into the crust.
