Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Nothing says home and cheesy goodness and comfort food like this Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole Recipe. And it goes with everything!

INGREDIENTS

– hashbrowns – cream of chicken soup – sour cream – cheddar cheese – butter

STEP 1

Prepare the crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or using a liner.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese until well combined.

STEP 2

Put the ingredients in an even layer in the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.

STEP 3

Sprinkle the reserved cup of cheese over the top and cook for an additional 20 minutes with the lid on.

STEP 4

We don’t use salt and pepper in this recipe but you are fine to use it if you feel it needs it.
