Creamy Gorgonzola Cheese and Fig Dip

This Creamy Gorgonzola Cheese and Fig Dip is smooth, sweet, and a little spicy.

INGREDIENTS

– Gorgonzola cheese – Sour cream – Cream cheese – Garlic salt – Green onion

STEP 1

Combine creamy gorgonzola cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer and blend until creamy.

STEP 2

Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.

STEP 3

Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with additional pecans.

Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
