Crockpot Spiced Apple Steel Cut Oats

Crockpot Spiced Apple Steel Cut Oats is delicious, healthy, and will keep you satisfied until lunch.

INGREDIENTS

– water – milk I use almond milk – steel cut oats – apple  – ground cinnamon – ground nutmeg

STEP 1

Spray the inside of a crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.

Add all ingredients and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours or until oats are tender.

STEP 2

Top with additional almond milk, raisins, walnuts or toppings of your choice.

STEP 3

Store leftovers in individual servings size for convenience.
