Dorothy’s Easy Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

Dorothy’s Shrimp Stir Fry recipe is loaded with plump shrimp and crunchy vegetables in a shrimp stir fry sauce that’s deliciously sweet and spicy.

INGREDIENTS

– Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing & Condiment – low sodium soy sauce – ground ginger – garlic powder – cayenne

STEP 1

Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside. Layer the bottom of a heavy pan or wok with cooking oil. When hot, add shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes.

Remove the shrimp from the pan. Add additional oil if needed and add stir fry vegetables. Cook until they become bright in color and just start to soften.

STEP 2

Add the shrimp back to the pan with the vegetables and pour the stir fry sauce over the ingredients. Stir to combine.

STEP 3

Garnish with green onions and cilantro.

STEP 4

Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
