Ground Lamb Bolognese – 30-minute Recipe

Lamb Bolognese is a simple recipe that tastes gourmet. This recipe uses minimal ingredients and cooking time. It makes a great 30-minute  weeknight meal and is perfect for a special occasion.

INGREDIENTS

– ground lamb – carrots chopped – onion chopped – tomato paste – garlic cloves minced – Italian seasoning

STEP 1

In a large skillet, combine the ground lamb, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper.

STEP 2

Cook together until meat is no longer pink and carrots have begun to soften.

STEP 3

Add the tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, and water. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.

STEP 4

Serve with pasta and garnish with fresh parmesan and parsely if desired.
