Mango Kiwi Smoothie

This 3-step Mango Kiwi Smoothie is fresh, delicious, and best of all, healthy. 

INGREDIENTS

– Mangos – Kiwi – Sugar – Yogurt

STEP 1

Add enough liquid to the blender so the fruit blends easily. It could be water or fruit juice.  In this recipe, I chose yogurt.

STEP 2

Add the fruit that you are going to use. In this recipe, our ingredient of interest is mango.

STEP 3

After you mix the base fruit and the liquid, you can add other ingredients. In this recipe, we will be using kiwi.

Peel off the skin of the kiwi and let the blender mash its flesh together with the initial mixture.

STEP 4

Tip:

If you don’t want to use ice cubes, then the use of frozen fruits is an excellent alternative.
