4 Ingredient Simple Rhubarb Sauce Recipe

Rhubarb  sauce can be eaten like applesauce or jam. It's delicious over ice  cream, mixed in a yogurt parfait or a sauce over meat.

INGREDIENTS

– rhubarb chopped – water – sugar – tapioca, quick cook variety

STEP 1

Combine all of the ingredients into a saucepan.

Cook until softened.

STEP 2

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.

STEP 3

You can add other fruit to the rhubarb for delicious variations such as strawberries or cherries.
