Soft and Buttery Brioche Bun

Here's a Brioche Bun recipe that makes a soft and buttery bun.

INGREDIENTS

– All-Purpose Flour – Nonfat dry milk – Instant yeast – Eggs – Lukewarm water – Unsalted butter

STEP 1

Mix and knead the dough ingredients.

STEP 2

To make a smooth, shiny dough. It starts out sticky and takes 15 to 20 minutes of kneading in a stand mixer to develop.

STEP 3

Form the dough into a ball, place it in a large greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Refrigerate the covered dough overnight (or 8 hours+), to slow its rise and make it easier to shape.

The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator, and divide into 8 to 10 pieces, depending on the size of the buns you want.
