Sourdough Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls

These Sourdough Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls are simple, delicious, and just like the rolls I remember from my Grandmother’s holiday table.

INGREDIENTS

– Sourdough discard – All-purpose flour – Hot water – Sugar – Butter – Egg

STEP 1

Prepare the dinner roll dough and let it rest.

STEP 2

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.

STEP 3

Divide each piece of dough into 3 dough balls placing them into a muffin pan cavity prepared with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake the bread rolls in a preheated oven set to 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush melted butter over the top of the rolls.

Sprinkle coarse salt such as sea salt. It will keep the crust soft and give your delicious rolls a beautiful shine.
