Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl {No Yogurt}

INGREDIENTS

– strawberries – frozen  – bananas – frozen – coconut milk – solid – shredded coconut

STEP 1

Add frozen or fresh strawberries, frozen bananas, and coconut milk solid to a high-powered blender. Pulse until completely blended.

STEP 2

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries, coconut, and or hemp seeds.

NOTES

You can use 2 bananas for a larger, thicker smoothie bowl. Add 105 calories to the total given.

NOTES

Store leftovers in a mason jar in the fridge for 24 hours and use a fork to mix it back together if it settles.
